OUR 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND

In a blink of an eye, July is over!

Next thing we know, Halloween will be over than Christmas will be here!

We often used to joke about how amazingly fast time was passing by, but now the weeks just go by so quick!

July was a bit busy for me, with job change, road trip and few other things.
Therefore the reason you all are now just seeing this post!

This past 4th of July we decided to take a road trip!

Austin is my favorite place to go in Texas.
I just love the vibe from the city and how kid friendly it is.

Austin is also officially marked off my

3 ROAD TRIPS ON MY BUCKET LIST FOR THIS SUMMER list!

I told you guys I suffer from sudden let’s do this syndrome, and we took off at almost midnight Saturday night the 3rd.

For Sunday, we finally got up and ready to go Kayaking.

This is one of our fave things to do while in Austin.

We always chose to go to Rowing Dock on Lady Bird Lake I love to go there because Stratford Dr is my fave street!
If you drive all the way up that street, the homes on that street are #Goals
Which happens to be the main reason I always go and get inspired!

We wanted to hit Barton Springs Pool, but it was packed and we were just too tired and decided to check in to our Hotel.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Austin- Town Lake.
I love this property because of the amazing views, and I have never had any issues, honestly I recommend you guys this property!

Later on that day, we chilled in the pool for quite some time.

I am having a hard time with my daughter, being such a cry baby, she has been crying for everything. This stresses me out a little but I am trying to find a plan to put a stop to this.

This kind of makes me feel down, because although I do things for her to have fun, is like she’s not enjoying it and it’s constantly on this behavior.
Any tips from you mamis out there?
That was the only downfall during our trip.

Finally on Monday the 4th we went over to the Hope Art Gallery where my brothers and daughter tagged and we took plenty of photos!

Lastly when we arrived back to Fort Worth we headed over to Trinity Park to catch the fire works!

Overall we had an amazing time!
